Refund policy

You can return your NEBULUS mat within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Mats must be clean and undamaged, with the carry bag and strap included.

Returns are free. To start a return, email hello@nebulusstore.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label. There's no restocking fee.

Refunds are issued within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Damaged or defective on arrival? Email us photos within 7 days and we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you.
